- 1. Request of return by calling (843-837-7439) during Office Hours 9am - 5pm (EST) MONDAY through FRIDAY. Please keep in mind that this is a home office. This call for return must be made within 4 (four) business days of receipt. Once you have called you have fulfilled your obligation. There is no need to call again. A Return Authorization Number will be assigned within 48 hours via email.

- 3. Merchandise must be received back within 10 (ten) days of receiving your RA Number. Make sure the RA Number is on the outside of the box. Packages without an RA Number will be refused.
- 4. Merchandise must be returned with tags attached and all original paperwork. Merchandise will be returned to you if it appears to have been worn.
- 5. The amount of you return will be credited back to your credit card less a 10% restock fee. We waive this fee if you exchange the item for a different style, color or size or choose an Online Gift Certificate.

Beachboutique.com sends out coupons regularly and our policy is that you can only use 1 coupon or gift certificate per order. Coupons cannot be combined. Coupons cannot be used on Sale items. If you are using a Gift Certificate that was given during a return, you may use it like cash here at our site.
When you place a TRUNK SHOW order, you are agreeing to our TRUNK SHOW policies.
* If you chose to pay with PayPal, you are agreeing to pre-pay. If you do not use the trunkshow coupon, one will be issued as an Online Gift Certificate.
* As always, once you receive your order, we will gladly exchange for color or size for anything you order during an On-Line Trunk Show. We will also issue Online Gift Certificates. We do not issue credit on credit cards or PayPal for any orders placed during a Trunk Show.

Periodically, Beachboutique.com offers our customers the opportunity to purchase upcoming groups in a pre-ordering status. These items are reserved for our customers with their payment at the time of the order.

We often place upcoming groups online for pre-ordering. During the ordering process, it is posted several different times that the piece/s you are ordering are not immediately available. Once you have placed your items in your cart and you check out, the status should read "on order". You will also be notified within 2-3 business days of placing your order with the current delivery status. We reserve the right to ship up to 6 weeks beyond the original anticipated delivery date. Your credit card will be charged in full upon receipt of your pre-order (this guarantees your item). Any item/s currently instock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for your backordered/pre-ordered goods.
As always, after you receive your item/s, if there is a problem you may exchange for size or color based on availability. We will also issue Online Gift Certificates but will not issue credit on credit cards or PayPal for any pre-orders.

When you request an item that we do not have in-stock, we have a "WISH LIST" Program to accommodate your special order needs. Please read our FAQ regarding "Wish List" Orders for more information. You must email your request along with written confirmation that you agree to our policies regarding Wish List orders.
We will then contact FLAX to obtain the item requested and get an expected delivery date. You will be e-mailed with this information. Your credit card will be charged the full amount including shipping upon confirmation of availability. When the item arrives, your goods will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise noted.
As always, after you receive the item, if there is a problem, it is exchangeable for size or color based on availability. We will also issue Online Gift Certificates. We will not be issuing credit on credit cards or PayPal for any special orders.

No item is “guaranteed” to be in-stock at the time of purchase. This is due to a limitation in our system (i.e. Item may be sold in the store or if you and another customer are shopping simultaneously for the same item/s. Quantities adjust online only after an order is finalized and completed. Our system does not notify you of the previous sale.) Currently, there is no way to inform you that the item has now been sold. All notifications of sold out items will come directly from the office -- usually after shipping -- as an amendment to the “auto” notice to your purchase. Thankfully, it does not occur often.
Twice a year, Beachboutique.com has 50% off sales. Due to the volume of orders we typically receive during these sales, it is physically impossible for us to notify our customers of sold out items. We will make any adjustments including recalculating shipping costs and make notes on the receipts you receive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When you place your first order at Beachboutique.com, you will be automatically signed up for our weekly FLAX newsletter. You will begin to receive advance notification of sales, special Trunk Shows as well as coupons throughout the year.
