* When you place a Trunk Show Order, you are agreeing to pre-pay.

* As always, once you receive your order, we will gladly exchange for color or size for anything you order during an On-Line Trunk Show. We will also issue Online Gift Certificates. We do not issue credit on credit cards or PayPal for any orders placed during a Trunk Show.

* * Please note: If you are returning or canceling a Wish List, Pre-Order or Trunk Show item, we do not issue credits on credit cards. Only exchanges and Online Gift Certificates are allowed.

We started the On-Line Trunk Show idea in 2005 and has been quite successful. The idea is that you can become your own buyer, and not be limited to what the owner selects. The sky is the limit in what you can put together. We also offer size and color guides to help with your decision making.

In addition to all of the excitement of selecting your new FLAX Wardrobe, we are offering 15% off the first week and 10% off after.  Being your own buyer is the most exciting aspect of a Trunk Show. As always, all items are returnable for size or color once received at your home.

We open the ordering a couple of weeks before our first deadline. Bear in mind, We reserve the right to ship up to six weeks past the anticipated delivery date.
